I've always heard about him on here but luckily I guess never dealt with him myself. I've asked this before and never got a real response so I thought I'd try again.
What is so bad about him? What has he done to be so hated?
The only responses I've ever received when I've asked this is "he's mean", or "he's horrible to people".... but no examples.
Anyone have an actual example? I'd love to hear the actual story behind the legend.

HAHA....that's a joke. Him and SA in HR are extremely close, she will not let him get in trouble. She may not be in the MSBU anymore, but she still protects him.

There is way too much to list!! He should have horns, a tail and a pitch stick. He is a bully in the worst sense. Such a horrible reflection on novartis. He must have lots of girlfriends in HR. Was fooling around with BB at one time. Not sure if she's still with company but she would protect him at any cost.

He survives by blaming others and having them fired. He spent years not paying any attention to SRF - TRX conversion gaps, he just blamed the individual territories for not having solutions. Once he got pressured over the poor conversion rates, he all of a sudden wanted to know what the BRM's were doing and fired or running off those that were making him look bad...passing the blame for his poor leadership. Thank god I dont have to see him anymore.

All about metrics and no real logic. In less than 2 years after the entresto expansion there will be a huge layoff. Novartis earnings down 57%. It's not about more share of voice. It's about making entresto affordable and on preferred managed care status. Richard R is delusional. He's modeling the sales model as if it's 10 plus years ago. Times have changed, dear RRS. Stop looking to CM as your mentor. No amount of calls per day will change anything if patients can't afford it. Period.

Why don't you goggle his name and lawsuit and see for yourself. Don't forget to include Novartis in your search. People don't go to this much trouble for no reason.
