I can just see all my customers responding to this personal touch. My calendar will be filling up with all the responses I receive. Does Eisai not know how busy are customer's are and answering phones in a timely manner is nearly impossible let alone emails. I understand the concern of inappropriate emails but geeze.......You can not even put in what division you are from. This is by far one of the most foolish things I have seen to date.
