When you work for Lilly you sell your self to the devil. You get an ok salary, ok benefits and a pension. In return, you get to be micro managed with almost monthly ride alongs with a manager, who is an asshole, doing endless reports that really don’t make a difference because the only way you can win in this position is if you are on formulary. This truly is not a sales job yet Lilly and your manager thinks it is so at your meetings you practice “the message” until you want to puke!. Participate on endless conference calls and add “value” to them.. in the meantime our patients pay exorbitant amount for our medications that don’t cure anything while we all draw a good salary and benefits at their expense! We think we are all great and noble by offering discounts for our meds thru copay cards! No! We do NOT provide answers that matter! Only to Dave Ricks pocket book! Humalog has been out for over 20 years! We should be selling it at $50/vial!
