well technically there really isn't anything against doing this in your employer/employee agreement.
You guys have to do what you have to do.

What kind of advise is this? "technically". Technically you will be fired if found out. Being screwed on your bonus does not mean you can violate policy. Don't like your bonus, find another job. It's better than being fired and having to explain that on your next interview
