I have worked with my manager several times since launch. We sold off-label the entire time. This is accepted and expected. My manager discussed the 96-week data at length when it was not even asked about. You cannot make your goals any other way.

How do you sell off-label in HIV ? Hey , this takes care of HIV and the anal warts you got too?

You just need a quota for STR growth which exceeds the sum of the feasible naive patients once Atripla has been accounted for. It is obvious... Anal warts and all!

There is plenty room in HIV for off label, the difference is - if you are good and know what you are doing, you don't need to go there or feel compelled to

be careful..sounds like your RD doesn't know what he is doing
