Sell out

What happens in a "sell out"?

It prob follows the same "plan" as when Rotech purchases a local Mom & Pop....they will come in...sack everyone and run to the bare bones to make as much money as possible.

To bad for all the good ones that are let go in the takeover. Can we only hope that some of the dead weight at the middle and top level get to be RIF'd too (if this is really in the works) and allow the real workers to come out with a job. Just a thought

No one will buy Rotech due to debt, even investment groups after doing their due dilegence walk away

If you had even basic understanding of finance you would understand how naive this statement is. If Rotech post debt reduction is worth as a hypothetical example 700m and right now is roughly worth 330 million as Rotech says why would that be? There is no reason why it would be.

If a buyer pays, as a hypothetical example, 700 million or something like that for Rotech with less debt or 700 million for rotech with its current debt, what is the difference? IT IS STILL THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE COMPANY EITHER WAY! You see, the debt is irrelevant and all you are doing is just parroting what you have heard or read. The bottom line is it comes down to WHO will end up getting that money and the allocation of it and who benefits in a huge way. That is why the equity committee in this Bankruptcy is working to get a fair valuation of Rotech because they understand the company does not just MAGICALLY become worth more with reduced debt. All the reduced debt really does is make it easier for the management to run it, do M and A, and buy stuff they want and hire more layers of management and replace equipement. And we all understand where that got us in the past.

So over all, IMHO, the debt levels are irrelevant unless Rotech really is worth only 330 million as they say. IMHO, that is UNBELIEVABLY riduculous and low considering IHS paid 900m at one point for them in the past when Rotech had less revenues then they do now!

In the end, this does not have anything to do with the debt(IMHO which I could be totally wrong) at all, but rather it has A TON to do with Rotech and its management trying to pick and choose who the winners are here and who the losers are as far the people who have invested in this company in different ways whether it be through debt or stock.

Hopefully in the end they will all agree on some type of compromised plan where everyone benefits. But I am not going to hold my breath based on everything I said above.

Ok, here's the scoop
Intake centers are going to pop up in every state.
That means no need for LCM's and CSR's
One intake person and a few PST's.
Mum's the word for now . If you ask they wil act dumb because they think your stupid enough to not know what's going on.
There already pulling people out of locations to fill these intake centers.
There will be a total RIF of one of the middle managments. Most likely RM.
AM's will absorb more locations after they thin a few of them out .
Now I know you brain dead drone Rotech suckubuses will pass over this info like its pure hokum but watch and learn.

Bring it on...about time Rotech thought out the process for a change and followed a real plan that can bring them around. IF it comes about that is

I am an LCM at what would be a successful location (if only a PST would stay).
However, I doubt my location will be on the chopping block for various reasons, including that I ALWAYS operate by the book.
Those locations that suck up to the PST guys (or any others) will soon understand that won't save them.

Intake call centers will not be in every state but this theory is pretty close to the track we are on. Less LCM's with multiple locations or more AMs with less locations and far fewer CSR's in the locations. Apria is there already. Going to be a wild ride.
