So the segments for Cequa are out. Good luck to those assigned to Segment 1.
To earn $ 6300
Segment 1 has to hit 500 months of therapy.
Segment 2 has to hit 362 months of therapy
Segment 3 has to hit 255 months of therapy.
The top performer for the last quarter achieved 847 months of therapy. The # 2 slot achieved 526.
So if you’re on segment 1 - good luck. You are going to make less IC compared to a segment 3 for sure on this quarters comp plan.
Remember that IC guiding principles include Motivational and Fairness/ Equity.
You should thank the folks from Commercial Operations. They never fail to screw the Sales Force.

To the OP - if you don’t like the IC plan then leave. I would say that majority of us are thankful to be employed at this time.
I’m on Segment 1 and I told my Manager that I’m fine with that - it is what it is.
If the kitchen is too hot for you then leave.
Is the company perfect - No it’s not - you should try finding one if you can.
I’m a Legacy Rep and I’ve been through a lot - other companies would have laid off the newly hired Salesforce because of the launch delay - think of that . I chose to stay despite setbacks because of the culture we have at OPH - which you apparently don’t value.

Agreed! I am not a legacy rep, and I am thankful there have been zero layoffs. I find a lot about the IC plan questionable, but I don’t think now is the time to complain. Have some perspective. Though I’m not the biggest fan of, “if don’t like it then leave,” I do think the OP should question whether or not they’re really getting “screwed” by the company during this pandemic.
