Seglentis Tests HELP

Hey y'all. What is up with these threats about being terminated if we don't pass? I personally need extra time to take tests and always have, and I cannot succeed being pressured and threatened with a timer especially since my job is at stake. This seems VINDICTIVE on Kowa's end trying to purposefully get rid of us. I also don't have time to do course work during business hours on top of taking care of multiple children after hours and on weekends it is incredibly busy. My point is, A) is there any possible chance we could not have timed tests bc I need time to process without having to fear for my life and be "terminated" and B) also be given allotted testing hours? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel so scared and just want Kowa to be helpful during this phase of learning and actually work with us not against us. Anyone else with me?

I love this new working environment. The management is motivating and inspiring. But sorry honey, no one gives 2 hoots about your personal life. This is all business!

I agree with comment 1 at least a test without a time limit would be helpful

I feel like the need to put in writing what happens if you fail is very threatening and odd . We should be taking days to learn this throughly in a real training environment .

Pain management is a completely new area for us . Just don’t get the hostility toward your own employees . We have all taken many tests on products and I believe most generally want to learn .

For crying out loud, just do it. It’s not that difficult if you listen to the presentation, and read the material. The company treats us well; do your part.
