SEG is finally over after 2 wasted yrs. It would have been better to just grow Livalo. To blame?

Sale reps are relieved after almost two years of begging doctors and chasing pharmacies.

Most good sales reps have left.

Who made the decision to launch SEG? Should they be put on a performance plan for this wasteful decision? SEG never fit in the primary care space. Sale reps could have just grown Livalo instead of lose money on each SEG script.

If Kowa was a public company then the person who made the decision to launch SEG and waste 2 years selling it should be put on a performance plan or fired.

Blaming the sales reps wasn’t the problem. They should have focused on the growth of Livalo because it produced REVENUE.
