Security of the company- basically no matter what position you take in sales there will always be a sense of insecurity. However, I love Rotech. They have always been great to me. It is just a chance we as sales people take. No job is 100 percent stable. As long as you are treated well, stick with it but at the same time, always have your guard up.
 






4ZMWGWE HAVE BEEN TOLD WE HAVE 70 MILLION IN THE BACK, BUT WHAT IS 70 MILLION TO A COMPANY THE SIZE OF ROTECH WE HAVE OVER 500 LOCATIONS, DO THE MATH. THEY ARE NOT CLOSING ANY MORE STORES IN OUR AREAS AND YES SOME HAVE BEEN CLOSED. NOW THE THING TO DO IS TAKE THE LCM AND SR POSITION AND MAKE THE TWO ONE. CAN YOU IMAGINE HAVE THAT JOB!!!!! I WOULD PULL MY HAIR OUT. IN MY AREA THEY ARE LOOKING FOR WAYS ANY WAY TO GET PEOPLE TO EITHER QUITE OR FINALLY FIRE THEM IT IS SAD HERE LET ME TELL YOU. I WAS TOLD THE ONLY THING KEEPING OUR CHECK COMING EVERY 2 WEEKS IS ENCORE AND IF IT HAD NOT BEEN FOR THIS AND ALL THE OTHER CRAZY PROGRAMS THEY ARE ROLLING OUT, WELL WE WOULD BE CLOSING UP. I AM LOOKING TO GET OUT OF HEAR ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.
 






I worked for this company a little while back. They were horrible to me. They were good to me at the branch but the company itself was awful to me. I now work for a competitor and love it. Two different worlds. Everybody has different experiences but if you are given a choice between this company and another I would strongly look at the other company.

Tired of your dribble.
Think you would pull your hair out being both an LCM and a SR? Get real.
I am an LCM, SR, AND a PST, and LOVE every minute of it.
The only "Joke" here is you.
 












ONE job at Rotech is hard enough. whatever meds you're on loving all three or four or five positions, you need to double up there buddy. your mind is escaping you.
either that or you get paid a hell of a lot of money. and again, double up on those meds.
 






stock is now at 0.006 a share, drops anymore and company is worthless, period. i have never seen a company this large drop to this share price less than a half a penny a share

Having been an LCM for several years, i have learned not to be concerned about such things.
As long as i am able to take all of my vacation and they soon hire me another PST, everything else is irrelevant and not worth bitching about.
 






yes my friends, drunks and skunks could do better running this company. what you worrying about anyway?????
bigger fish than you are in control. someone said to take more meds. you should listen
they're going to downsize shortly so good luck with adding to your staff. get used to doing multiple jobs and get refills for your scripts.

The writing is on the wall and has been there.
Rotech is in Survivle mode. There not concerned with nothing else other than keeping the company alive as long as they can in hopes to sell it off after bankruptcy. They will sacrifice any location and and FTE to pull it off.
No one is safe for long.
