I was called too... I didn't return the call thinking I was being set up for something...found out from my boss I didn't need to call them back cause he said they got what they needed...

Found out later, they are investigating a member of the team... And wanted to find out if my co-worker ever did anything they were suspecting... My opinion? Not my job to spy on team mates... Just do your darn job! And hopefully Karma will look kindly upon you...
 




Security is run by a couple of ex New Jersey cops. Not a complete brain between the two of them. They and HR make themselves relevant by investigating this and that. Remember the Cube? If you know or SUSPECT wrongdoing you are to report it. Suspect? Hell I suspect every day, my team mates, my manager.... Keep you nose clean and your mouth shut and these guys will be out of a job in two weeks.

They investigate what they want. I called the Alert Line and was not anonymous. I gave dates, quotes, people who were also there who saw and heard the comments of a managing director. I thought they were taking too long to investigate so I contacted the BPO, business practices office. I went through 2 taped conversations, they taped my calls and let me know it. I also had a high writing physician as a witness to the behavior of the MD and he is still here at Novartis.
 








If you have a concern forget it nobody cares all you do is become a target for more problems. If you complain about anything all the sudden you are being investigated for trying to get a little help. It's better to just get out of here. they don't care.....
