Just like in other threads...upper management was selling millions over the last few months while telling us the patent hearing was a slam dunk for us. Of course fraud occued, they knew something wasnt going our way. We are one of the lowest paid sales team out there and while we cash unemployment checks in a couple months possibly, the top will be spending those millions. Ita definitely worst case scenario. And obviously Thero will say anything to prevent a mass exodus of reps. And yes, companies are hiring. I've had two recruiters call me this week alone.

Good luck everyone, this is just tough news. Uncertainty will follow us like a cloud until the appeal is finished. And this particular judge has had very few cases overturned by appeal. Just fyi.

The company will NEVER recover from this regardless of the appeal.

The irony of our world is a person with a "brief case" DOES STEAL MORE than a man with a gun. So, they do it and do it and do it and do it with no real remorse or moral conundrum. If FACT, they only wish they "LEGALLY" stole MORE. Then they take the family to church or Mass on Saturday evening or mid-Sunday morning with a smile.

You know how this country was founded? Lynchings were legal. Was a family event. And then they went to church with a smile. Hell, people still have weddings at Plantation Homes. Don’t be naive.
