Secret RSUs and phone calls

Hey Sr Leadership,

Couple of questions:

It’s public knowledge that you are cherry picking certain reps and DBLs with these retention RSUs but positioning it as some type of impact award. What are the qualifications for it?

It’s also public knowledge you are all calling certain reps and DBLS and having private conversations to check in and see how they are doing.

Here’s the deal:

What type of message have you sent to the people that got neither?

The fact that the whole company knows about the bullshit favoritism and bribes to try and keep those who put in their notice for Karuna at this point should be an embarrassment for all of the C-Suite asshats! What a disappointment from our “leaders”, I hope it ends up biting them in the ass hard.

The clear message that they sent by not having a call or providing RSUs to others is that they don;t give a rat's a** about you. It reminds me of a Chris Rock bit: when a boss pays you minimum wage, what they are saying is that, if I could pay you less, I would!

How does the stock ever go up again?

We will start to loose royalties from JNJ. That is more cash than we actually make on Lybalvi!

The biggest seller is Vivitrol at 400 million. Teva already has the rights to the generic. And if this is the biggest seller, there are fewer reps promoting this than our other products.

Aristada is in second place and the promotion dollars are dropping because of a Maintena generic. So how do they keep up the size of the sales force if Leadership already shows that they favor fewer reps as exemplified already by Vivitrol?

With the slow growth of Lybalvi and a flattening of demand, do we believe all territories can remain a 2 up with management hell bent on showing Wall St more money to inflate the stock price? (This is all they care about)

So, what are your RSUs actually worth if the company has nothing to sell and there may not be a spot for you if you are gone?

Do the RSU gifts guarantee employment? Is it like a guaranteed 3 year contract? If Leadership down sizes you, do you get to keep the RSUs?

The answer to all of your questions is No! That’s why this is too little too late and grasping at straws. Add on the fact that the whole sales force is aware of the bribe attempts to select individuals and you can be certain people will leave. Lastly, if one accepts the RSU gifts and stay then you made a very poor choice
