I noticed that even though reps have been hired the positions are still listed on the Ashfield site. Is there a second round of hiring happening? I applied, but have not been contacted at all. Maybe they just don't know how to keep their site up to date.

This is classic pharma web posting recruiting.... yep..probably at this point just collecting resumes 'just in case' that guy they hired can't stay sober thru training..... Too many job postings are just checking the box, CYA stuff, when in reality the position has been filled or the interviews are already at 2nd rounds

I saw the same posting, but it has listed as NEW POSITIONS which it didn't have before. They may be hiring a second wave.

All the respiratory positions are filled and training is going on now. Ashfield is hiring again approx 300 new reps for BI's diabetes drug.

You outed yourself. There are only a total of 250 positions being added at BI. Nice bluff

I don't know who wrote the first post, but my recruiter told me 240 - 300 diabetes openings. While these posts are not totally accurate most people come on here to get info to help them answer some of the questions they may have. By the way, most recruiters don't have all the correct info.
