Second F2F how were you contacted?

I just interviewed and know the next step is another F2F. How were you contacted about that? Was it by HR via email, a phone call? Just want to know what to expect if I am selected to move on. Thanks!!

I had 2 f2f with in 2 days then f2f with regional. Moved very quickly although she was scared to death to be screwed by new hire....manager & regional made all the calls.

Also heard from some current candidates that the days, time & place has been very demanding. I understand as the candidate you must take. So
Some risk for the next opportunity, but NOT put your current Job on jeopardy

What area r u looking into?

Good company, fun but some terrible managers! Watch them

Thanks so much for the reply. How soon after the first F2F did they let you know about the second? Did they tell you the same day, next day? Did they call or email?

I'm ok with the demanding interview schedule, just trying to figure out if I made it to the next step.

For the above poster, are you in the midwest? Is a field ride really mandatory in the process?

yes, a field ride will happen and if you make it that far you almost have the job if you don't screw it up.

So what is the purpose of a ride along? Not trained on the products, so can't really be selling them. What are they looking for?

Is it really almost a done deal at this point? Does only one candidate get as far as the ride along?
