i'm tired of this false sense of money being dangled like a carrot in front of our faces.... 2 months in and people are making pennies. its not fair to your tenured reps that have been here and believed your false prophecy. and now your bonus plan involves making money off new writers that we cannot even effectively target because you won't give us those targets. sounds like you dont want us to make much of a bonus to me. what a sad place to work.
