people move on, management helps them to make the decision faster.

not sure exactly what the problem is out there but the west lost 4 reps so far in the last 6 weeks.

From what I hear the REVOLVE is getting great reviews and the ELITE is "ok". With 1 great product and another "ok" product it seems everything should be ok and on the up and up.

Am I missing something?

1) you are HR department or MP

2) you are indeed missing something...

Ha! You're probably right about that-

Problem is the quota for Revolve is inflated-- especially when this thing isn't revolutionary enough for accounts to pay for the captial. Feedback I've had is lukewarm. I think they'd use the device, but are not going to pay for the machine. All but 1 of my team is actively looking to get out and nobody feels the quota is realistic. Targeting plan at launch is ass-backwards.

don't worry, the forecast and planning will be a moving target. By Q2 the focus will change and the the direction will flip to giving it away with huge discounting.

while selling is a great idea...its a bit pie in the sky for the field. Why not just dump this thing on the market with great pricing. gain significant market share then flip the company to the competitor? guess those management fees are good.

I hit quota for the 3rd time at Mammotome. It's a not an easy job but the products still sell. New products are going well although a lot of my customers still like the original mammotome but maybe its becasue i cover a smaller territory.
