What a fool, all stock trades are scrutinized by Finra. Possible jail time and triple damages.
Never a good thing, should have just taken the loss and he would be fine now
 






The level of stupidity in this company is almost laughable. Everyone knows Intercept doesn’t pay up to industry standards. Everyone knows the stock given at hire here is minimal, definitely not worth the time it takes to open the brokerage account. And everyone knows this place is falling apart under the leadership of Richard Kim. He let our fearless leader Deryk David basically punt all his responsibilities to under qualified sales leadership. And now we are being sold a bill of goods about the “opportunity” with Nash and the “excitement” about selling Ocaliva. All I do is send out resumes. All my manager does is send out resumes. All her manager does is...either send out resumes or kiss ass hoping to be part of the dictator’s inner circle. Winter is coming idiots.

Listen to yourselves!! Instead of sharing both the good and bad about a company, this thread has turned into a mean spirited rant of attacks on individuals. Sadly, many of these attacks are coming from people still employed with Intercept. Get a grip, YOU ARE STILL EMPLOYED! Do you know how many hundreds of thousands of people are currently unemployed, and have no idea how they are going to keep a roof over their head or feed their families, much less keep up their lifestyles? Do you know how many frontline workers HAD to work for a fraction of what many of you make sitting at home in the comfort and safety of your homes. Instead of harping on the negative, how about channeling that energy into getting on your knees and thanking God for your continued employment instead of sounding like ungrateful brats. While MP, RK, DD and countless others could do better in some aspects, think of how well they are doing while continuing to keep on a sales force we all know is too big for the product we have to sell. Lest you forget many of your colleagues where let go during a pandemic with no high salary, severance or stock options (so many of you complain about) and no security of steady income. Grow up and be grateful!

Facts. Heard stories from the home office of how he speaks about reps no respect for what we do. lets see him attempt to go out and sell he wouldn’t last a day
 






What's funny is on LinkedIn it still says he works here, LOL Tough finding a job when you are an idiot, being investigated for selling during black out period and now unemployed. Corruption from top to bottom.
