Say your goodbyes to JD

Well there are three solid opportunities right now hiring at the management level. I'm sure he is going with one of those. In addition, with corporate office consolidation, they need a VP in St. Louis and not Chicago.

I agree with the other poster that most people that took on higher manager roles whether it be the VP, RBD, etc., only were staying long enough to get the experience with their new titles. Now people like JD can get a VP position elsewhere as he now has the experience. Did anyone really think these people would stay here?

i don't think his time as VP qualifies as experience. What has been accomplished during that time period that is positive?? Zero! Promised new products never came, sales sank, stock tanked, etc. Put that on your resume!

People don't look at that shit when looking at a resume. You know that and the rest of the working world knows that. A resume can be tweaked the way you would like. "Since my tenur of two years as VP of sales, we grew OFIRMEV market share by blank blank" "I am leaving this organization because of the poor decisions by CEO etc. etc." "I am ready for a new challenge and launch etc. etc." "Here are my extensive lists of references"
The most important thing is he now has almost 2 years under his belt as a VP.

You and Inknow it means diddly but how many times have you seen 6 months in a position and they've contributed immensly to the organization?? Puuuleeze it took them that long to set up their desk.

Well, as most people know, you basically just need a year under your belt and can find another job. JD has essentially 2 years now. Many people took the CAS positions to get that year under their belt so they can go elsewhere and do something besides being a sales rep. Like others, I will expect more to resign soon. Remember, however, they never make announcements when reps leave, when Dbm's leave, but will have to make some sort of announcement when an RBD and VP leave.

Yep, that was my Q4 bonus but it's worth about as much as this worthless post

Whether he is still here or going, it really doesn't matter. It's obvious he won't be staying. He is getting a lot of push back for being in Chicago and not St. Louis. The California folks will all be quitting as well. No one is moving to St. Louis. They may say they are for the moment until they find something else. JD has been trumped by MM since the beginning.

No resignations yet. Bonuses were paid. Maybe they are waiting to close out this qtr so the can collect another bonus. Wouldn't it be prorated anyway if they left today??
