SAY NO . Do not comply to oncology team bag structure

I will not comply to the new Merck oncology team a b c d structure. I will educate myself on KEYTRUDA for all new indications, regardless. When a rare opportunity happens, you find yourself face to face with an oncologist, you need to know everything about all indications. Then and there, right now, that's it. No future opportunity for any other partner appointment and no conversation ever happening about what my tumor lead is or not. Merck oncology, you blew this.

I have been telling you for months that I won't work with any of you interlopers. Useless turds!

Do you mean to say they've split the Onc reps into different indication buckets?! So if there's a rep that's out on leave or not pulling full weight, that indication never gets discussed, and as referenced above key opportunities get dropped even at full capacity? Wow. If that's what they've done that's terrible. Not just for business, but for the patients whose docs could have benefited from hearing the full indication platter, as opposed to a la carte messaging.

Seriously! Can you imagine going into a restaurant and being waited on by 3 servers where each server can only talk to you about certain menu items? How is this structure better for customer service and business? Onc Reps, please share examples of how you are making this structure work?

I will not work with any of you. I will do everything possible to knife you in the back!

A nightmare in the making

That is so funny and sad! A tragic comedy!

One waitress comes in for the drink order.
Another will take the main course order.
Finally a third will take the dessert order.

And none of the 3 waitresses will be talking to each other. Good luck waiting for the check after the dinner guest has been totally confused.

Too many so called "Educated",- (oxymoron) managers coming up with a "Strategy"?

And the best part will be all the positive feedback the field will deliver to management on how great this stuff is working out!

You can't make this stuff up.......

:)

sad reality is that most reps don't have the guts to voice their honest opinion about this expansion. CTLS just hear complaining. DCO hears only a few people may be unhappy. VP and Pres of Oncology only hear that this is working great and Merck oncology has to do this to keep up with share of voice vs BMS. That this expansion was the only thing that made sense and we couldn't afford not to. They think reps can't handle all the indications and information. And they think we can all access our oncology customers every month. Why don't more people speak the truth? Lots of head-nodders in Merck oncology. Nothing will ever change that way.

Since Merck is so Customer Centric maybe the DCOs should meet with our Oncology customers and assess their needs rather trying to get into an arms race with BMS. MAD = Mutually Assured Destruction. Not a winning strategy but a reactionary strategy.

I see my customers routinely because I own them and they respect me. I will never share my customers. Tonight is football bar outing night with the fellows. Booze and babes for all! You lazy useless newly hired turds are never welcome and never will be. You are only fit for deli delivery to those of no value nor worth!
