What i don’t understand is why someone feels the need to start a new thread to ask about a good division, manager, etc. keep it all under CRM if you want good resources/insight.

Didn't realize CP had a rule where each division of a company is confined to only one thread.

All ABLs here are… just to what degree of narcissism they have and desire to inflict pain as a motivator. Place is dreadful. Covid exposed the utter uselessness of the DM/ABL position. All it is, is a whip bc they have no trust and their job is totally fabricated.

23+ in industry, above post 1000% accurate! 2 decades, countless DM's/RD's/AD's thought i'd seen & worked for absolute worst incompetent, psychotic, horrific lot of em in pharma.

then... came here, every psychiatric hospital doors opened, patients who ESCAPED are here, both managers and reps. overwhelming Egos, ZERO SELF AWARENESS, bottom of the barrel, loser talentless people left. RUN Forest, RUN!
division is an embarrassment, the few good talented people left r interviewing & leaving for Biotech and device before ship sinks to ocean floor!
