This shitfarm got pummeled today by the investors. We are out on our buts come q4. My manager owes me a refund for the bullshit. Stock options, new Ceo, no coverage. A recipe for lay offs...reps always get the shit end of the stick when companies lie and mislead and then get called to the carpet. It must be the reps fault.

You're surprised that this is happening? All you had to do to know this was coming was to look at what Tweedle dip (JJ) and Tweedle dip-shit (LF) did to OBI. These are two of the most empty, self-involved people in the industry. I had a recruiter contact me about an opportunity thinking that my experiences with them in the past would be a reason I'd consider. He was somewhat surprised when I told him that I was not interested and that he needs to investigate these two a little more or he loses any credibility as a recruiter.
 












LF is going to show his true colors. He is legendary for squeezing his managers and leaders, and blaming them for all that goes bad-which right now, is everything. The people he brought with him are going to be blameless, and everybody that was here before him will get pounded.

There is no life in this fucking company. I have never seen so much finger pointing and incompetence in my career....I am out. Fuck this. I am not sure if half my team even works anymore, so many are interviewing and trying to get out of here before this implodes.

Not clear what the stock price has to do with selling Krystexxa. Investing in the stock of your employer defies the basic rules of diversification. All eggs in one basket is never agood idea -- unless you are really good at guarding the basket.

That said, let's sell enough to make the investors happy -- and earn those bonuses, besides!

No one here at this company gives a shit about the investors we care about one thing and one thing only. Bonus money. If the doc's cannot get paid back for krystexxa it is easy, we do not get paid and do not have jobs in 3-6 months. I knew that going in, but didn't know the scope of the specifics as the managers were kept in the dark on the managed care of this shit product and had to put a figure out there to get people to take this job. I know I am looking and the few others I talk to on a daily basis in different areas of the country have already been interviewing. the investors happiness is not a priority to anyone on this sales team, we could give a rats.

Seriously I can't believe the crap posted on here. How can you base all of your assumptions of the company going down the tubes on one earnings call. This earnings call only reflects us being out in field for a short time also given the fact that it takes docs anywhere from 4-6 weeks to identify and start a patient. On top of that the expenses in hiring a sales force to get this drug launched. Be patient give it some time. If I had found out that one of my sales reps had posted such crap on here I would fire them so fast its not even funny. Do yourself and everyone else a favor and focus on what you were hired to do.

You can go down with the ship, Captain! Company sucks. Management sucks. Most of the reps suck. Drug sucks. I'm out of here. I bet we have 12 leave by Aug 1. Not counting those already gone from northeast. 12 more.
 












LF and his band of dumba$$es are in a panic. They have no idea what to do and the plan to get this product launched and make the company 'real' is looking very, very bad. Look hard for a job because the only way LF knows how to lead through a crisis is to try to intimidate. And this is a crisis.

What's a crisis? stock down a bit? It's a biotech startup with 1 post-launch earnings call. the drug works. and the EU has been filed. that's all good. you'll have to explain the rhetoric you're spewing.
 






This product is so far behind forecast, Wall St expectations, and potential acquiring company thresholds, with little hope of catching up based on broken infrastructure and process misses. Let's not forget we (the sales force) were never supposed to exist. The product was filed, and skeleton work was done to create the impression of support and launch. But as the data emerged, acquiring companies backed off and it became clear that we needed to actually launch this dog and show some performance. In comes JJ, who wouldn't be here if we hadn't shat ourselves, dragging along his a$$-clown LF, who brings in his own a$$-clowns with promises of riches, and here we are.

Everything we have witnessed and have been apart of since hire date has been amateur and "behind the forecast. Lets be fucking serious. This product will never have its moment definitely not with the cast of misfits and wash out's that we have roaming the halls out in NJ. Having us launch the drug with no resources, no managed care coverage , and bunch of confused as shit Rheum. is a three ring circus. I agree with the OP-- at least 10 more are quitting and I know at least 3 who already excepted jobs. This Savient game is childish and full of holes and swiss cheese. Weak dick. Get off the titanic before she hits the burg.
