im also sick of hearing all the managers say we are putting people on plans because of Kirk the jerk . People are here what ? 7 months and they are on plans ? Nice place to work given the fact the product was launched wrong and there is such high turnover u might start paying retention bonuses and f the Pips

Yes if you sit on your worthless ass doing nothing but cash your 100K plus salary then you get put on a plan or fired. If yiu are such a hot shot ace of a rep then you would be cashing in. You aren’t which is why you got fired dumbass.

How r u going to get to 1000 when most RSS’s r actively looking to get out and you have at least 6-10 on a pip. Stupid to backfill the pip territories, they are good RSS’s on PIP’s. It’s the access, reimbursement, different parts of the country, no resources, no clinical studies, no samples, no support, no MSL’s, no leadership, price of drug ( the person or persons responsible for pricing this drug should be FIRED!)
