No way it’ll be a group call. First the managers will find out new team and who they are losing or who is getting fired. Then your old boss will call you to share your new boss and the new boss may go over alignment. Never done in groups.

So the boss that just got fired will introduce the boss that takes over his or her team? Makes total sense. Im sure the old boss will love handing over their team on a conf call.
