I am asking for some honest feedback regarding the changes made by project constitution. We all know the "game" here at Ethion regarding feedback. If it is not positive leadership does not want to hear it. Well throw it out there because there is no chance it will ever get back to you.

For me my territory is so big that I cannot focus on build any business because I am constantly fighting competitive threats and dealing with customer service issues. The problem with J&J is that they have the same leadership jump from one op co to the next. Thus creating the same systems even though the business is distinctly different. Managers dont have a clue and we hear more about recognition week then we do our own business updates.

Recognition week?........we keep hearing about "Smiles".....and fundraising events.....how bout focusing on the employees and getting us to smile again? Managers really don't seem to notice or care that morale is at an all time low....and guess what? If employees aren't happy, ain't nobody gonna be happy.
