Come on. If you have been selling Saphris you had to see this coming very early on. Many tenured reps selling one drug that has not perfomed to the level of hype that Organon and Fred thought it would. If this had been a tablet to swallow I think the sales would be much higher. Trying to get a mentally ill patient to let something disolve under the tongue and not drink for 10 minutes is crazy. Who knows who is going to get cut and who is not? All of the divisions that have a base and overlay is very inefficient. Good luck to all it is a tough job market out there. Just brace yourself for a much lower salary where ever you go.
