Sanofi Hiring Internal Only

Reading different posts & all true. Sanofi does dog & pony show when it comes to hiring. 95% of jobs go internal. I know because I work here. Recent national meeting more transfer deals being done & approved at breaks it was insane. Everyone wanting on Dupixent train. Sorry folks if you are interviewing here don’t get discouraged because it’s not fair here. There’s always token external applicant & EVERYONE knows they aren’t getting job except applicant.

DAMN! This hit this AM. When I made round to panel I asked recruiter if there were internal candidates in mix & told 2 & I was only external. Job went to internal. Later found out hiring manager already knew who was being hired but they always have some external interview to check HR box. I was the more qualified candidate. This has happened to several of my external peers, better qualified, Sanofi isn’t only company that puts on this show. Is it unfair to external hell yes but it’s the game.
