Sandrine & Johanna hire another female.

Yes another female announcement. Personally I love it however I know some of these females being promoted and while I like them, professionally they are way way over their heads. Very obvious they are quota box fillers

I don't care what the gender. I care way more about if they understand the channel they are hired to lead. Putting someone with primarily a marketing background in charge of sales is a mistake. Just like putting someone with little experience selling in the hospital account space in charge of a hospital team is ridiculous. Sandrine just doesn't seem very smart or logical to me. She's about nothing but activity and Na is too. She's all about activity. Sad thing is when it doesn't work they'll blame the reps instead of those in charge.

It is not a gender issue but a lack of eye for talent in hiring unqualified people based on good old boy/girl network.
You can not have people managing or leading sales people who never have been in sales before or understand the US market.
Poor hiring starts with Johanna, she hired Sandine & Onc's Stu whom both are bad leaders and extremely poor strategic decision makers.

You’re not wrong

1st call as ERD you could tell NaNothingButQuota didn't have clue about selling girl scout cookies let alone a drug. Last call ERD 24 months later zero improvement.
First call VP was even worse.
Likely the most under qualified lowest capabilities VP in the entire industry

There’s a history here of people being brought into sales management with ZERO sales experience. Oh, you were in marketing so let’s give you a team of reps to oversee. EVERYONE in sales management should have had to carry the bag—whether it’s Nitaya or Na. Just ridiculous. It’s so god damn hard to get promoted at this company unless you can check the diversity box.
