Sandeep Singh

He's an ass. Got pushed out when he was East Coast VP in CV a few years back, Totally arrogant and incompetent. Sorry to hear that you have to work with or for him.
Any feedback on him? he’s at Bayer now.
he’s a jerk. Nothing kind to say. Brags about kids in private school playing tennis. Name drops wines, honestly someone you don’t want to get to know. He was at Novartis for a couple years and is credited with ruining the division with his buddy Diane.
He’s not even friendly to customers. All around dbag.

The incestuous nature of this industry is an utter disgrace.
Sandeep was part of a troika of incompetent idiots that sank a $9.5B investment.
They had a year delay to launch, they couldn't effectively set up a product locator, they ran a bribery scam to get the reps to offload expired samples (which they refused to take the fall for & ended up costing a lot of reps their jobs), they never got to 75% of national goal, and they refused to pay for meaningful data so the reps could make their bonuses.
To say that he was an egregious failure doesn't even begin to cover it.
Somehow, the asshole who was the worst of the bunch survived it all, but Sandeep and his buddy Jeff were shown the door.
I suppose it was inevitable, as they all seem to find a landing spot, no matter how inept they are and how many careers they ruin.
Hopefully they hired some responsible talent around him, because his performance with Novartis was catastrophic.

He was fired for incompetence. I am sure it was dressed up in some nice corporate speak. Like resigned for restructuring or to spend more time with his family. Whatever they are using now, but he was clearly let go because he didn't have a clue about the business. Go luck. Pharma likes to recycle failed leader.
