stop with the trackers!!!!! Seriously - I'm in the NW region and living in tracker land. Tracker for this, tracker for that, it's absurd and does little if nothing for my business. It's a box check. Sounds like you have the same going on.

What are her initials. She sounds exactly like a San Diego manager I had at another company. I hope it's not, but if it is, do NOT complain to HR. She'll retaliate. (Yes, I know it's "illegal", LOL).
