At least I leave my house for work. My SAM leaves only for yoga and my SD does crap about it. He’s a complete windbag. Someone from HQ should do an efficiency project. KC, you would be a hero!!!
 












Sales reps are entry level roles, but they somehow think they work harder and are better than everyone else. Here’s an idea: just focus on you and let others focus on their own jobs.

This work ethic happens at every level in this company. Why The Morons of Madison allow it to happen is the mystery. Stop paying outside consultants that tell you what you want to hear people. Small group of us could identify areas for better efficiency, save a ton of money and perhaps pay out a portion of the savings in bonus so we can all be rewarded. I like the product and don’t appreciate the blame every time sales slump.
