So, how on earth is there so many unused Aristada samples out there that get returned every quarter when half of us are begging for samples all of the time. Then they throw us a bone with 1..... like seriously I have 18 places needing samples and you give me 1. What is going on?? I love my job, but they are making it harder and harder to do.
 






So, how on earth is there so many unused Aristada samples out there that get returned every quarter when half of us are begging for samples all of the time. Then they throw us a bone with 1..... like seriously I have 18 places needing samples and you give me 1. What is going on?? I love my job, but they are making it harder and harder to do.

Simple answer is poor management. They are managing sample from the top down and. It taking input from the field reps who know what they individually need. Let the reps feed their desires for units to the dbls and work the allocations from there. Damon is not the brilliant person he thinks himself to be
