Samples

Why not allow the reps that want to have samples have them? Give them an air-condition storage unit and ship samples to them for THEM to distribute. Don't penalize everyone in the country for the old CF sample program. There wouldn't be any outrageous shipping charges for the specially-created shipping boxes. No dealing with Knipper for missing Acknowledgement forms. No issues with IMS regarding MI and the red thumbs. The costs are a quarterly shipment of samples and a monthly $100.00 fee for the storage unit. PATIENTS need samples to gauge Adverse Events and it allows time for the prescription to be processed. After approval / denial, it allows time for Foundation Support to pay the $300.00 copay or applying for PAP. It is not difficult to understand. This would also show that the company is committed to Rayaldee.

Rayaldee is being sold.

The Expansion reps are at an unfair disadvantage. Samples were taken away from their toolbox during their first quarter here, yet are measured no differently than their Legacy counterparts. The Legacy reps, on the other hand, had a full year of sampling, mishandled and mismanaged these, and then have the audacity to complain like spoiled, rotten brats.

Cry baby, cry. You are some kind of sales superstar.

How stupid is Dr. Frost? It is very difficult to get a physician to prescribe Rayaldee without samples.
The patient will need to have financial support to obtain their prescription since most of them cannot afford the $300.00 a month copay. The patient will jump through hoops to get the drug and might not be able to tolerate it. WE NEED SAMPLES.

You do. I don’t. Find a way or get out!

Still no vouchers and six months without samples.

Because the side effect profile is so intolerable? The only thing intolerable is your lack of sales ability

So let me get this strait.... if you had samples, you’d be successful? Oh, and $25 lunch allowance, and a better RSM, and the ability to use your personal credit card, and MSL’s, and more marketing pieces, and ..... more COMPENSATION.... does that about cover it? You need all the above to be successful?

What losers you all are!!!! Any sales professional with their salt would figure out a way to get the job done with limited resources. This is what being part of a small company is like.... FIGURING IT OUT AND GETTING IT DONE!

Do us all a favor and quit today. You are not with us.... you’re a cancer that need to be cut out. Good riddance!

In regards to using your personal card. Contrary to what has been stated, there is no company SOP mandating the use of the company card. Obviously some twit engaged in some sort of malfeasance to spoil this small reward for everyone else. I’ve used either my personal card or a corporate AMEX (with points assigned to me) for many years with no problems. And here’s a revelation for you, we are in this gig for COMPENSATION! Do you think otherwise? Will a Frost museum of (fill in the blank) put my kids through college? Meanwhile OPKO’s corporate offices are in one of the highest
rent districts in the world. Sell the property, move the HQ to an area that people actually want to live in.
