How do you file a complaint against your manager who is making you DUMP samples just to DUMP them so they dont have to be retunred? Isnt that against the compliance rules? I am tired of being yelled at for things like that. SO many double standards with compliance and it is not fair. Is there an annonymous line to call or way to file a complaint about this? I know it is against the rules and my manager needs to be taught the same rules that we are taught. Every day it is some other reason for them to yell and scream.

you can contact the FDA office of criminal investigations in your hometown. larger metro cities have a local field office and they, as well as the state attorney general would be interested in knowing. What general area are you located in? I can provide you with some of the direct contacts I have particulary if you are in the Northeast.
If you approach the attorney general - you may be entitled to a qui tam case.
 






I would contact someone and file - your manager knows its wrong and thinks they are pulling a fast one on you. My manager did a similar thing, said she was staying in town but didn't need to ride with me??? Tried to get me to let her stay at a dinner program when there were not enough doctors - PLEASE! If you are dumping samples they have documentation through compliance, don't fall for the tactics, take care of yourself and you will be fine. These people who are worried about losing stocks need a lawyer, if they leave and file they will lose less than if they are forced out which is a guarantee here. Good Luck!!!
