Does this company pay equal salaries for women as men? A lot of the new high paid men making much more than women who have more experience. How can that be? Copier doesn’t lie.

Two answers 1. More ladies in the field so no.
2. If you came from Sanofi and you are a women yes way higher was in copier. And if on new team yes men on that team beside the evp all making much more than old team and again copier doesn’t lie.
