Boston Scientific wouldn't hire me since I have a penis (the hiring manager pretty much said as much). That's what it's like being an engineer in 2022/2023 however I am now transginger so I will apply to them again now that I'm a victim. I also got my DNA test results and I am 4.7% victim.

I'm not enough of a victim for Sally to care about. Some of us are just born with perfect lives, have never worked our butts off through school, struggled with personal and health issues, been stigmatized and unfairly judged. None of that matters unless you were stigmatized for one of the special chosen victimhood characteristics. IE one of the races, genders or sexualities recognized as official victimhood status.

The best thing this company can do is publicly declare we no longer have a social justice obsession and patients come first. Thus qualifications are solely used for hiring.

Yes, but you couldn't have worked your butt off nearly as much as one of the officially sanctioned victimhood status group members. You were still comparatively privileged. Maybe dig into your family tree to see if you can find that "one drop" of victimhood somewhere.
