oh man calibration meetings. By far the worst most negative meeting I have ever heard of in all my years. The things that managers actually say about representatives is horrid. I dont know how this company can survive with such a punitive and negative structure that surrounds the discussion of how our producers are reviewed each year. I dont know what is happening here either. Leadership has become self-serving.
 












Can't do it, become a part of management. Typical of many companies, but much more prevalent in pharma.
This business hasn't changed in the last 20 years. It doesn't take a genius to market or sell drugs.
If its a good drug it sells if not it wont. Very simple. No frequency and reach edicts, calling on key drs., lunches, dinners, etc is going to change a thing.
