Here is the situation:
1.) BPV loses some of their bag to BAS.
2.) the BAS bag splits in two (physician and Nursing)
3.) some of SL comes over, but not everyone. Where territories make sense.
4.) there will be essentially 3 sales forces under Beasely Access Systems
there will be headcount loss...not everyone is going to make it....
