Interviewing for an open position-few rounds in- The next step- Sales Simulation- Any suggestions/ideas for promoting (a made up medication/doctor/sales data). I understand the sales process. Any information on what the DM &RM are looking for/best strategies/key points. Any information is appreciated! Thank you!

Use ACAA format to answer an objection. Acknowlede, Clarify, action, advance .

Actually its Acknowledge, Clarify, Address, Advance.

Remember its ok to be silent after asking a question to the customer and just wait for the answer for a bit.

Old Allergan managers like a yes/no close.
Will you prescribe..... for your.......patients because.......

Its a very unnatural cliche close but thats what some look for.

Different person I needed this as well!

If you're being recruited for a specialty position/disease state in the same territory in which you already work with a different company, forget about all that stuff! If an AbbVie rep recommended you, you're 90% hired. You're looking at two interviews max maybe just one. No interview games with role plays, just a basic exchange where we make sure you know what you're getting into and can handle the role, that's it. The interview gymnastics stuff is for newbies, and open call for primary care positions, expansions, etc.
