Why: The new lab supervisor from Columbus, GA has taken over Dothan and is moving into Panama City very soon. Already some clients are talking about leaving "Doctors Laboratory" (aka Solstas/Spectrum) because this woman has a reputation as being terrible to work with. Most of her lab employees in Columbus and Dothan dislike her attitude and cost-cutting tactics. Also she is only in each area for a short amount of time so she isn't available to help clients. As her tactics also include not keeping her Client Relations people in the loop on issues, you need to move on those clients now!
