Castle Medical is hiring sales representatives in the toxicology industry. We pay a slightly lower salary then our competitors and reimburse you for a limited amount of expenses that is less then you will spend to develop your territory. No experience necessary we will pretend to train you by bringing you into the corporate office where you will spend most of your time waiting for us because we are unorganized. We will stand in front of you and brag about ourselves. In the afternoon we will ply you with alcohol to create a bond with you. We supply you with an I-Pad which we will use to track your every move as you make a sales call every 10 to 15 minutes. If you cannot make a sale in your first week this is not the place for you. We have the worst management in the industry with some of them not even having a college degree. We treat people in our office very well which is why we have been voted "the best place in Atlanta to work." Do not expect this to extend to you as part of the sales force. Most representatives last less then 90 days but if you are super, extra special, get the Castle tattoo and have zero morals you will succeed at Castle and make huge piles of money. Of course that has only happened for a few people and then rest are tossed to the side. Make sure you have people already lined up to buy before you come onboard.
