Can someone spill the details on this job? Alot of openings on the website and from what I've seen, Tornier has a good shoulder portfolio.

I realize pay is dependent on the territory, but what is the range? 100% commision? Car and benefits included? Are reps generally happy? Would love to get some info. Thanks.
 






There are a few questions to answer first. Are you direct? What kind of territory will it be ( large number of surgeons to potentially convert.)? Who is the DM? Are you on contract in the facilities?

I feel if you have targets, contracts in facilities and can buy into being more than a " box opener" then Tornier has the products and brand awareness to gain market share. The ascend flex shoulder is great.
 






Position would be direct in a very large major city. Not sure of RM. I have Ortho/Spine experience but a little worried about only having upper extremity to sell. Any details you could provide would be great.
