What kind of comp and package can you expect as a sales rep here? How's the role etc? thanks

I'm a prospect just trying to figure out realistic comp. What would you say a rep with a few years experience in healthcare would start at base wise and average commissions to expect? thanks

Glassdoor quote is pretty accurate for about the first 1-3 years. After that, if you have a good operations branch behind you, you should be able to earn more.
