Any info on salary, training, car allowance, etc?

training is 2 weeks in H.O., only one is sales specific, other is all company orientation. Might also work in field with someone in-between. $600/mo. for car. Salary is avg., no negotiation stays level but commission is unlimited and uncapped.

What does the avg sales rep (NatalCare) earn annually with comm being uncapped? I am assuming the go getters make a lot more? Thanks for any feedback.

Range is too great and number of sales reps too small to give a meaningful average. From incredibly high, down to looking for another job. There you go.

What in the world does one do a while week for orientation? Is it Monday through Friday both weeks?

It IS a little odd and tedious. But the company culture enforces that everyone is important, all areas work together and therefore you need to know what their missions, responsibilities and goals are. Not the most fun to endure but the concept is noble. (Mon-Thurs. AM??)

Stay away stay far away. They are screwing the bonuses away from the field. I suspect not billing insurances correctly or at all.
