Sales People are not valued

when will the sales force realize that no one cares about them?? there is no one focused on building a pay system for sales - domestic or global. as long as Karen Hutto is in the ear of Heather Cohen - who knows nothing about HR - nothing will happen. Keep selling and receive little rewards. It is time for Rich McKillop to accept he can't compete in the US and the sales incentive package needs to change to keep good sales people.

This company will never succeed as long as it is staffed with family members or cronies loading up their pockets and bank accounts. How else do you explain who the company places in leadership roles??? Its a real shame because the company used to have some talent before they went on to better companies with a real business plan.
