The sales numbers have declined to low levels. I wonder if any sales rep are still working.

it must be pretty bad over there. We just hired another Bio rep.
do we have sales reps left? the smart ones ran when they announced commission changes.
What are the changes? I’m thinking of interviewing with Bio.

Commissions were not cut. Still a lot of reps making a fortune. I'm sure most of these negative replies are from terminated sales reps. Those that failed to sell. But, lets blame other for our inadequacys.
this is the same company that paid reps, then decided they overpaid the reps and created a "GenBank" to take money back monthly from the reps. It was pulled out of our pay checks like a court ordered child support payment.

remember when we would sell an account AND get paid for it? those were the days! now my manager argues that everything is a service account even though they haven't sent in over 6 months!!! WTH?!?!?!?

Did you not see the post above about commissions changing? Do you think it will benefit the sales team? If you do, you're an idiot.
It's happening in many different markets, managers are arguing that the closes do not qualify as new accounts.
