She got her big promotion and made several uneducated changes once CT was sent packing. Since then the numbers tanked even more drastically. Add JPW/Xfin to the narrative and any idiot can pinpoint what’s happened to the numbers. To quote her when GH left, when you get to a certain level and the situation doesn’t improve, changes in leadership sometimes need to happen. Quest made a good decision to pass on this.

Quest didn't pass IMO, they will be back in a few months with a much smaller offer

Quest will not be back. They see that BRL is dying. Why pay money when 60% of the existing work will go to Quest? They can get $400m in business for nothing. Then when the lab is taking its last breath, Quest and Labcorp will bid on the genetic testing IP and get that for about $100m. BRL is going down and nothing can stop it!
 


















This company is worth more than 100 million. The problem is, that if an investigation exists then that changes the equation. Frost and his team of attorneys are looking to get rid of the entire package at a number that is unreasonable. At some point soon this will go through the trials and tribulations that every deal goes through of this type. We all know the history of this company. And now Frost does as well. He will come to his senses.
As far as Chuck is concerned, did anyone expect a different outcome?
Once the company was sold, everyone knew what would happen.
What a shame!
 






Company is not for sale. Company can and will grow with the right leadership. Stupidity at the top should be given the pink slip. I think VL's past job was asking doctors to send samples to the local hospital. Sad, very sad. Tired of the bad attitude at the lab. Let her go so that we can all leave the house and sell again.

Not whiny at all, just tired of poor leadership hires who have killed BRLI. Just a few simple changes could salvage the ship, otherwise it’ll keep sinking. Nothing worse than non experienced outsiders trying to put their mark on a really good company and not get called out for getting it wrong! They judge us, we ABSOLUTELY should judge them and so should the market. The market has already pulled their business so now we must speak up. VOTE GUPTA!
