OK, get a life. Time stamp on this thread read 2:11 Am, meaning if this is based on East coast time, then you are definitely a loser. If Central, then you are a loser, if Mountain, you are a loser, if West coast, well, it would be 11:11 PM, and you are on your way of becoming a loser.

Next time you feel the need to troll on a Friday/Sat night? Take a moment, unzip and go for the nearest Jergen's bottle. Unload the pistol, then turn off fox news. You might feel better about yourself, and hell who knows, maybe go out and socialize amongst the human population. Wow, what a novel idea?
 




From what I heard, the sales meeting consisted of a bunch of horny, married people drinking way too much and bumping unglies. But that's the same scenario every year with 3i.
 




The best comment comes from a very senior Straumann rep that sums it all up. “Biomet’s human resources is BUSY. We only contact ours with benefits questions.” This was after a fun appointment where the rep learned about all the Biomet “meetings”, the tactics to scare employees, the payoffs, both unsuccessful and successful attempts to buy people’s silence and all the costly biomet paid workplace investigators/attorney retainers plus hourly rates. They are hired to protect the culprits and coach the company on a hush money offer to everyone else. Add lost time, productivity and brand damage.

Biomet HR is busy: How would you or "your source" know? Do they work as window washers in Palm Beach?

Payoffs: I could use extra scratch, but no one has approached me about a payoff.

Unsuccessfull attempts to buy people's silence: If it was unsuccessful, then why haven't we heard of these whistle blowers?

Obviously someone is really trying everything in their power to earn business, and slandering on this board anonymously then directing their accounts to them is by far lower than working for Neodent.
 




A company paid investigative attorney's retainer runs about 3000 and 225 is the hourly for a process that takes months. There have been a few. A smart person knows there is more than one way to look at productivity and dirty employees cost the company too much. There is no benefit in hiring anyone to protect the guilty.
 




There are so many sexual harassment situations that are brushed under the rug at 3i, its just the way that company works. I heard there was a rep that had to be carried back to his room twice after drunkenly harassing women at the last sales meeting. He's still employed there and so are all the other perverts that work there.

The meeting was a complete waste of time and money. The head of education had already put in his two weeks and just came up with three days of filler to pass the time. Did we really need to hear about a fing gold screw for two days!! Joke of managment has no clue what to do. Lets have that pompus ass of a dentist get up on stage and act like a movie star! Yeah that will get the team fired up! The best part of the meeting was the hour they gave us before our mandatory dinners..
 




Original poster here...more trolling on a Friday night since I have the will power to avoid drinking every night of my life, unlike my old pals/co-workers.

Anyway, sounds like this last responder was at the meeting. Gold-tite screws still?! Anyone with half a brain realizes that a little bit of gold doesn't do sh!t in comparison to ANY conical connection on the market, cheap or not. Gold screws...haha!! Still?!?!

First responder...how do you feel about my summer '15 prediction? My guess is you won't have a gig come July. How's that resume looking?
