The best comment comes from a very senior Straumann rep that sums it all up. “Biomet’s human resources is BUSY. We only contact ours with benefits questions.” This was after a fun appointment where the rep learned about all the Biomet “meetings”, the tactics to scare employees, the payoffs, both unsuccessful and successful attempts to buy people’s silence and all the costly biomet paid workplace investigators/attorney retainers plus hourly rates. They are hired to protect the culprits and coach the company on a hush money offer to everyone else. Add lost time, productivity and brand damage.
There are so many sexual harassment situations that are brushed under the rug at 3i, its just the way that company works. I heard there was a rep that had to be carried back to his room twice after drunkenly harassing women at the last sales meeting. He's still employed there and so are all the other perverts that work there.
