You think I give a sh*t about my fellow co-workers? They're not paying my bills. I don't give a rats ass about a couple dozen individuals who hit quota! And I certainly don't want to brown nose w/ them sucking their dix or shining their shoes. I am here for me & my family & that's it pal.

Not so much about the guys who won awards but the politics...also you may learn something...the fact you posted that ridiculous question says a lot about how stupid you are! I don't do anything in this world because it's "politically correct." Lets get something straight: the only person I have to answer to is God & I don't give a sh*t about anyone else in this company. You don't know if I made quota or not. In fact, assbag, you don't even know what I made & if I'm happy w/ what I made at the end of the yr or not. Just keep hitting quota & being a superstar & don't worry about me. Kapeesh?

This post was so funny I couldn't pass up commenting. I think people who are successful all realize the importance of politicking. It's not about kissing ass as your negative posts insinuate its about getting to know people. People getting to like you. Hence will bend over backwards to help you. It's about engaging your fellow sales reps in conversation and hearing whats working for them and learning from their experiences. But it sounds like you don't need anyone's help meeting your goals. Sounds like you're a one man band. Good luck with that and let me know how it works for ya tool. You're the kinda guy whose phone calls I never return.

BTW, it was a great meeting and it very motivating to see everyone's excitement, hear about their year, hear what they are going to do this next year to meet their goals and plan how we can help make that happen! Glad to have been a part of it!
 






Let's see, the company grew low single digits for the year. Could not have been too much celebrating unless the winners simply offset the piss poor performance by others.

Can't dwell on the negative there buddy. We acknowledge the past year and are committed to having a good year looking forward. We have great people in place to do it. I never realized until recently how much I dislike glass half empty kinda people.

Oh and NSM? We partied like ROCK STARS!
 






Performance issue is not for only the most recent year. There has been no growth in hips and knees for a very long time. The market, however, continues to grow which means market share is eroding. So, "Partied like Rock Stars"? You don't deserve it.

High five and amen to that! I'm so sick of disgruntled people. Yes they need to go work for the scum across town. If you don't like Biomet leave. Personally I think it's the best company around. Could we have done better last year? I'm sure we could have. Will we do better this year? Without a doubt. We have the best people in orthopedics who area dedicated to grow the business.
