Who cares. Only 1 or 2 are regrettable
I think everyone would agree that you need to do the best for you and your family and I think we would all agree that it is that here. I can't wait to leave!
The line has been forming for a long time!
Brad Adams is a dipshit! Who in their right mind is going to use our negative pressure line again?! The first mistake he made was getting rid of the AWM reps and replacing them with his pharma reps. The 2nd mistake was believing he could turn around this dying division.
I heard that Apria will only consider re entry with SN if they get revenue share of 60 percent Apria, 40 percent SN.
The relationship with Apria is forever dead. They weren't that great of a partner to begin with.
Very true. i heard Molnlycke is tying their new NPWT discharge "wagon" to Apria's hitch. Comical that they feel like Apria will drive discharge biz. Working with Apria is like babysitting 20 toddlers...there's always someone crying about something and they don't comprehend anything. Good riddance Apria- good luck Molnlycke.
I can only speak to ORTHO as I was a full line rep for a while...
Apathy-Just because you have a 1099 sales force doesn't mean you treat them like a red headed step child. Freight charges, lack of rep support and very little communication and teamwork leads us to believe we are on our own and at many times, fighting corporate.
Cheapness, for lack of a better word. Invest in your people and reap the rewards. Instruments, inventory, field equipment, etc. There is entirely to much hassle to do this job. Effort that should be spent on customers, is spent rounding up equipment for cases and getting it to the right place on time.
Opportunity-one should have options, once one has paid their dues. There are too many dead ends in this company. Too many "good ole boys" in positions that keep people down or out.
Wanna see dead ends, check out Endo. Biggest boys club around. Upward mobility is determined strictly on your ability to kiss the right rings. Qualifications...forget it. Get in with the right crowd. Otherwise, you're stuck where you are until you decide to go elsewhere. All supported by the fine folks in HR.
